1. Processing Time

As each of our products is meticulously handcrafted in our Moroccan workshop, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to prepare and package your order for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with world-class shipping carriers to ensure secure and fast delivery. All orders are shipped via:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
